Abstract

The technology specifically comprises the following steps of: transforming PbSO4 in the lead slag into PbCO3 by using Na2CO3, leaching PbCO3 material by using NaOH, producing electric lead by lixivium through electro-deposition, washing the electric lead with acid to recycle ZnSO4*H2O, and at the same time, improving the quality of the electric lead; and after the electro-deposition, evaporating and concentrating the lixivium to produce Na2CO3 crystals, causticizing the Na2CO3 crystals through slaked lime to recycle NaOH, and carrying out alkaline leaching on evaporated mother liquor and causticized liquid. The method is strong in adaptability, and is applicable to the lead slag with different components and grades; the production cost is lower than that of a pyrogenic process technology, and the direct yield of lead can be more than 90%.
