Abstract

The invention relates to a centrifugal-type modularized volute composed by a volute body and a volute tongue module. The volute body comprises a volute plate, a front lateral plate and a back lateral plate, wherein the front lateral plate and the back lateral plate are connected through the volute plate. The centrifugal-type modularized volute is characterized in that the volute tongue module is installed on the volute tongue installation surface of the volute plate and is connected with the volute plate in a detachable mode. Due to the adoption of the modularized volute, the centrifugal-type modularized volute breaks the condition that a traditional normal volute is fixed in structure and single in performance feature and the modularized design and assembly of the volute are achieved. By assembling various volute tongue modules on the volute body, compared with the normal volute with a traditional structure, centrifugal-type modularized volute can improve the entire efficiency of a device more flexibly or reduce the noise, so that the assembly of a centrifugal-type fluid device can be more flexible and pointed. Compared with the prior art, the device of the same model has different performance features such as low noise or high efficiency, so that different practical requirements of users can be met.
