The control circuit comprises an isolated driving circuit, a voltage and current sampling circuit, a position detecter, a velocity calculation circuit, a torque observer, a wind turbine torque calculation module, a first summator,an integrator, a second summator, a multiplying unit, a mechanical friction compensation module and a rotational inertia compensation module. The control method considers the influence of mechanical friction coefficient and rotational inertia and obtains driving signals of the isolated driving circuit according to the rotating speed of the motor, three-phase input voltage and three-phase input electrical current calculation torque of the motor.
