Embodiment 1
[0062] Embodiment 1: the preparation of magnetic graphene
[0063] 1) Prepare 50mL of ethylenediamine / water mixed solvent with a volume ratio of 9:1.
[0064] 2) Weigh 50mg of graphite oxide (purchased from sigma company) and 50mg of ferric acetylacetonate into the mixed solvent in step 1), and ultrasonically disperse to obtain a mixed solution.
[0065] 3) The mixed solution obtained in step 2) was transferred to a polytetrafluoroethylene-lined autoclave, and reacted at 200°C for 24h.
[0066] 4) Cool to room temperature after the reaction, and pour out the product in the polytetrafluoroethylene lining. The obtained solid is washed several times with water and ethanol solution, and then the product is collected by a magnet, and the sample is dried to obtain a magnetically functionalized graphene composite material, referred to as magnetic graphene. See figure 1 , 2 , figure 1 It is a TEM image (200nm) of the magnetic graphene material of the present invention; figure 2...
Embodiment 2
[0067] Example 2: Purification of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon pollutants in sewage
[0068] 1. Extraction of target substances
[0069] Pipette the 10ml sewage solution sample in a centrifuge tube, add the magnetic graphene described in 5mg embodiment 1, vortex and mix for 5min, make the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the magnetic graphene and the aqueous solution fully contact and mix, let stand for 20min;
[0070] 2. Magnetic separation
[0071] Put the centrifuge tube into a high-speed centrifuge and centrifuge at a speed of 15000r / min for 15min, hold the bottom of the centrifuge tube with a magnet, and remove the aqueous solution on the upper part of the centrifuge tube.
[0077] 5) Mobile phase and gradient elution program

Abstract
The invention relates to magnetic graphene as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of magnetic graphene comprises the following steps of: preparing a mixed solvent containing ethylenediamine and water with the volume ratio of 9:1; weighting graphite oxide with the volume / weight ratio of the mixed solvent to graphite oxide being 1:1 and acetylacetone with the same weight as graphite oxide, dispersing in the mixed solvent and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a mixed solution; transferring the mixed solution into a high-pressure reaction kettle with a teflon lining, and reacting at the temperature of 200 DEG C for 24h; and after the reaction is ended, cooling to the room temperature, pouring out a product in the teflon lining, cleaning the obtained solid many times by using water and an ethanol solution, collecting the product by using a magnet and drying the product. Magnetic graphene provided by the invention is used for extracting polyaromatic hydrocarbon components in a water solution; the preparation method is simple in operation, short in time consumption, high in extraction efficiency and low in quantity demand of extracting solvents for single sample; and magnetic graphene is used for detecting, high in extracting efficiency, good in purification effect, stable in recovery rate, short in time consumption for the whole analysis process, good in repeatability and capable of rapidly, accurately and quantitatively detecting 15 polyaromatic hydrocarbon components in the water solution.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a magnetic graphene, in particular to a magnetic graphene for detecting polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon components in an aqueous solution or for purifying polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon pollutants in sewage, a preparation method and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons PAHs) are volatile hydrocarbons produced when coal, petroleum, wood, tobacco, organic polymer compounds and other organic substances are incompletely burned, and are important environmental and food pollutants. More than 200 kinds of PAHs have been found so far, and quite a few of them are carcinogenic, such as benzo(a)pyrene, benzo(a)anthracene, etc. PAHs are widely distributed in the environment and can be found in every corner of our life. Any place where organic matter is processed, discarded, burned or used may produce PAHs. In recent years, with the intensification of huma...
