The feedforward-type AGG device comprises a variable gain amplifier (VGA), a signal detecting module and a gain control module, wherein the input of the VGA is connected with the input of the signal detecting module, the output of the signal detecting module is connected with the input of the gain control module, the output end of the gain control module is connected with a control end of the VGA, the output of the gain control module serves as gain control signals of the VGA to control gain changes of the VGA, the output of the VGA is the output of the AGC circuit. Gain of the VGA is inversely proportional to the gain control signals, and the gain control signals are inversely proportional to ranges of input signals. Thus, the output of the AGC circuit is one fixed value to input signals of random ranges in the input range, and output signals are not changed along with changes of the input signals.
