Embodiment Construction

[0035] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0036] Cooperate see figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, the present invention firstly provides an electric shock stretchable imitation muscle movement device (hereinafter referred to as artificial muscle 1). The artificial muscle 1 is provided with a long drive tube 24 , a skin-like epidermis 21 , filled silica gel 22 , and lead wires 23 drawn out. Wherein, the long drive tube 24 is placed at its center along the length direction of the artificial muscle 1; the interior of the artificial muscle 1 is filled with silica gel 22 or other similar substances, so that the whole device has a soft and muscle-like characteristic; the skin 21 The silica gel 22 and the driving long tube 24 covered by the silica gel 22 are all wrapped up for protection; several wires 23 are connected at the end of the driving long tube 24 and drawn out of the skin 21, and p...

Abstract

The invention relates to an artificial muscle and a mechanical arm device which is driven by taking the artificial muscle as a power source. The artificial muscle is internally provided with an array which can realize imitative muscular movement through electrifying stretch; the array comprises a plurality of series groups; each series group comprises a plurality of C-shaped cordwood actuators which are mutually connected and form circuit series connection; each C-shaped cordwood actuator is further provided with a sandwich structure which comprises an upper pole plate, a middle dielectric and a lower pole plate; and the middle dielectric is an electronic type electric active polymer. According to the invention, when sufficient voltage is applied between the upper pole plate and the lower pole plate, the C-shaped cordwood actuators can be electrified to be deformed, and when the voltage is eliminated or reverse voltage is applied, the C-shaped cordwood actuators can be restored into an original state, so that the free stretch of the artificial muscle is realized, and the mechanical arm device driven by the artificial muscle can imitate the arm movement of human beings.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of bionic technology, in particular to an artificial muscle and a mechanical arm device driven by the artificial muscle as a power source, which can simulate human arm motion based on changes in input voltage. Background technique [0002] Muscle is a biologically contractile tissue with information transmission, energy transmission, waste removal, energy supply, transmission and self-repair functions. It has always been the source of inspiration for researchers to develop drives. Humans have long been committed to the development of bionic muscles. That is, the development of artificial muscles. In the 1950s, McKibben developed a pneumatic actuator for the first time and developed into a commercial McKibben actuator. However, as an artificial muscle material, the McKibben actuator is bulky and limited by auxiliary systems. Shape memory alloys have also been tried as artificial muscle materials. Compared with contemp...
