Abstract

The invention discloses a double-layer packing paper winding mechanism for a capacitor and a winding method of the double-layer packing paper winding mechanism. The mechanism comprises a guide rail device, a shutdown mechanism, a winding mechanism and a paper pulling mechanism, wherein the shutdown mechanism is located at a paper outlet end of the guide rail device; the winding mechanism is located at the paper outlet end of the guide rail device; the guide rail device comprises upper and lower layer double-rail guide rails, and anode and cathode foil guide rails; the upper layer double-rail guide rail is provided with an unwinding prevention clamping device; the upper layer double-rail guide rail and the paper pulling mechanism are located on the two sides of the winding mechanism; paper outlet ends of the anode and cathode foil guide rails are provided with anode and cathode foil feed devices respectively; and a connecting line of the anode and cathode foil guide rails penetrates through the winding mechanism. The method comprises the steps that upper layer isolation paper is introduced; the upper layer isolation paper is pulled to be tangential to a winding shaft; cathode foil, lower layer isolation paper and anode foil are introduced; the winding shaft rotates; the upper layer isolation paper is started to wind; the cathode foil, the lower layer isolation paper and the anode foil are embedded into the upper layer isolation paper to wind together; when guide pin sensors detect guide pins, the upper layer isolation paper, the cathode foil, the lower layer isolation paper and the anode foil are shut down; and winding is stopped. According to the mechanism and the method, the isolation paper can be prevented from being punctured, and a wastage rate (tg delta) and ESR (equivalent series resistance) of the capacitor are reduced, so that the service life of the capacitor is prolonged.
