The output method comprises the following steps: performing electric energy metering pulse analog output under equal electric quantity and different powers; performing electric energy metering pulse analog output under equal power and different electric quantities; performing electric energy metering pulse analog output under different electric quantities and different powers; and performing conversion output of electric quantity, power, pulse and time.
