[0049] refer to Figures 1 to 7 The solenoid device of the first embodiment will be described.

[0050] Such as figure 1 with 2 As shown, the solenoid device of the first embodiment has an electromagnetic coil 2 , a yoke 3 made of a soft magnetic material, and a plurality of plungers 4 . The plunger 4 is made into a rod shape and a part (core portion 41A) of the plunger 4 is made of a soft magnetic material. A magnetic flux Φ is generated when an electric current passes through the electromagnetic coil 2 and flows through the yoke 3 and the plunger 4 .

[0051] By switching the flow of current to the electromagnetic coil 2 , the plurality of plungers 4 reciprocates in the axial direction (Z direction) of the electromagnetic coil 2 . The number (two) of plungers 4 is greater than the number (one) of electromagnetic coils 2 . The plurality of plungers 4 can reciprocate independently of each other. Two plungers 4 are arranged outside the electromagnetic coil 2 .

[0093] In the second embodiment, the number of plungers 4 is changed. Such as Figure 8 As shown, the solenoid device 1 in this embodiment has an electromagnetic coil 2 and three plungers 4 . Three plungers 4 are provided radially outside the electromagnetic coil 2 and are capable of reciprocating independently of each other. The plate-like yoke 32 has a central plate 321 with a yoke fitting hole 330 and three radial plates 322 radially extending from the central plate 321 . A plunger insertion hole 34 is formed in each radial plate 322 . A through hole 35 penetrating the plate-like yoke 32 in the thickness direction is formed between the plunger insertion hole 34 and the yoke fitting hole 330 (connection portion 33 ). At both ends of the through hole 35, the magnetic saturation part 30 is formed.

[0094] Other structures are similar to the first embodiment.

[0095] Effects of this embodiment will be described below. In this embodiment, a greater number (three) of plun...

[0098] In the third embodiment, the number of electromagnetic coils 2 and the number of plungers 4 are changed. The solenoid device 1 of this embodiment has two electromagnetic coils 2 and three plungers 4 . The central axes of the two electromagnetic coils 2 and the central axes of the three plungers 4 are parallel. All central axes exist in the same plane. An electromagnetic coil 2a, which is one of the two electromagnetic coils 2a and 2b, is disposed between the first plunger 4a and the second plunger 4b. Another electromagnetic coil 2b is arranged between the second plunger 4b and the third plunger 4c.

[0099] The structure and effects of the third embodiment are similar to those of the first embodiment.

Abstract

A solenoid device includes: at least one electromagnetic coil (2) that generates a magnetic flux when the electromagnetic coil is energized; a yoke (3) made of soft magnetic material, in which the magnetic flux flows; and a plurality of plungers (4), each of which includes at least a part made of soft magnetic material, and reciprocates when the electromagnetic coil is switched between energization and interruption of energization. The number of the plurality of plungers is larger than the number of the electromagnetic coil. The plurality of plungers reciprocate independently from each other.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a solenoid device having an electromagnetic coil and a plurality of plungers, and an electromagnetic relay using the same. Background technique [0002] There is a plunger in a solenoid device, which is reciprocated by an electromagnetic coil, which is generally considered as a component for a relay or the like (see Patent Documents 1 to 3 below). Figure 28 with 29 An example of a conventional solenoid device is given. [0003] The conventional solenoid device 9 has two electromagnetic coils 91 each obtained by winding a wire into a cylindrical shape, a yoke 92 made of a soft magnetic material, and two plungers 93 . Each plunger 93 has a core portion 93a made of a soft magnetic material and a contact portion 93b made of an insulating member. The core portion 93 a is provided at the center of the electromagnetic coil 91 . The yoke 92 is composed of a combination of a plurality of electromagnetic elements. At the cen...
