Abstract

A miniature hydrogen cell stack control system is composed of a display module, an air pressure acquisition module, a voltage acquisition module, a current acquisition module, a temperature acquisition module, a liquid level acquisition module, an alarm module and an exception handling module. Data acquired by an air pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, a level sensor and a voltage sensor can be displayed at real time through a display panel. When there is an abnormal condition, the system can realize automatic protection of the electrical stack through flickering of a display panel light and alarm of a buzzer and through methods of closing loads and the like. According to the data acquired by the temperature sensor, the system adjusts revolving speed of a fan so as to make the electrical stack operate in the optimum state. Through calculating and comparing data acquired by the sensors, the control system controls related motions of an air inlet solenoid valve and an air outlet solenoid valve so as to realize automatic control of an air passage. The system can be adopted to automatically realize activation of the electrical stack, and operators can voluntarily select whether to need the activation function.
