Embodiment 1

[0021] In this example, the device for establishing a small animal craniocerebral impact injury model, such as figure 1 , figure 2 , image 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, it is fixed by the test bench 1, the spring holder 2, the impact bar 3, the cutting board 4, the deceleration blocking device 5, the experimental trolley 6, the rat fixator 7, the trolley track 8, the spring 12, the traction wire 16 and the traction wire. Release device 9 is made up of, and spring fixer 2, striking rod 3, deceleration blocking device 5, trolley track 8 and traction wire fixing and releasing device 9 are fixed on the table top of experiment bench 1 in sequence; Cutting board 4 is fixed on the striking rod, and The top of the deceleration blocking device 5; the test car 6 is installed on the dolly track 8, and the rat holder 7 is installed on the test car 6; the spring 12 links to each other with the spring holder 11 on the spring holder 2 and the test car 6 respectively; the tractio...

Embodiment 2

[0032] In the device for establishing a small animal craniocerebral impact injury model in this example, except that there is no gap 18 on the table top of the experimental table 1, the spring fixer 2, the impact bar 3, the deceleration blocking device 5 and the traction line fixing and releasing device 9 are directly connected to the machine by fixing screws 15. It is fixed on the table top of the experimental table 1, and moves on the table top of the experimental table 1 by loosening the fixing screw 15, so as to realize the adjustment distance, and the rest is the same as the first embodiment.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for modeling craniocerebral impact injuries of small animalsin the field of medical experiment devices. The device comprises an experiment table, and further comprises a spring retainer, an impact rod, a deceleration retaining device, a trolley track and a pull wire fixing and releasing device which are fixed on a table top of the experiment table in sequence. A cutting board is fixed on the impact rod, an experimental trolley is mounted on the trolley track, and a rat holder is mounted on the experimental trolley. A spring is connected with the spring retainer and a spring support on the experimental trolley. On end of a pull wire is fixed at the tail of the experimental trolley, and the other end thereof penetrates the pull wire fixing and releasing device. The device is simple to operate, excellent in actual control, and capable of achieving accurate control of injuries of target parts and well simulating craniocerebral impact injuries caused by car accidents in real life.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical experiment devices, in particular to a device for establishing a small animal craniocerebral impact injury model. Background technique [0002] At present, a variety of models have been established in the field of animal experiments on head injury of animals, not only using objects of a certain mass to fall freely at a certain height to hit the animal's head, but also using high-pressure liquid or gas impact to cause craniocerebral injury and some improved versions. However, in real life, the proportion of head injuries caused by traffic accidents is getting higher and higher, and the mortality rate is high. There are not many methods that can objectively or realistically simulate head injuries caused by car accidents in animals. Most modeling devices are limited to experimental research platforms that rely on heavy objects hitting the head or directly hitting the brain tissue. The established model can't...
