Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a polyethylene steel belt corrugated pipe. The process comprises the following operating steps of: punching holes in a steel belt, wherein the punching density is from 3 to 6 per cm<2> and each hole is from 3 to 6mm in diameter; cleaning the steel belt, wherein adopted cleaning liquid is a mixing liquid containing the following materials with different moduli by mass percent: 5% to 20% of sodium silicate, 30% to 40% of oxidic polyethylene, 2% to 5% of cyclohexane and 5% to 15% of high-pressure polyethylene with low density; extruding pipe rings from an inner wall and an outer wall, wherein the pipe rings of the inner wall and the outer wall are made of the same polyethylene resin; and tightly bonding the pipe rings of the inner wall and the outer wall with the steel belt by using a vacuum pump and pressing together, thereby crosslinking the inner wall and the outer wall together through the holes in the steel belt. By punching the holes in the steel belt, the polyethylene resins of the inner wall and the outer wall are mutually dissolved, crosslinked and combined together, so that the impact strength and the peeling strength of the polyethylene steel belt corrugated pipe are improved; and thus the material-forming yield is improved.
