Abstract

The invention discloses a vertical ventilating shaft anti-explosion door and a method for relieving pressure safely and performing ventilation quickly by using the door. An upper-layer umbrella-type door is overlapped on a lower-layer umbrella-type door of a conventional anti-explosion door; rupture disks are arranged on fan frames in even numbers on the umbrella surface of the upper-layer umbrella-type door; steel plates are arranged uniformly at intervals on fan frames in the same eve numbers on the umbrella surface of the lower-layer umbrella-type door; and half of the fan frames on which steel plates are not arranged form cavities. When explosion occurs underground, blast waves directly impact the rupture disks through cavities of the lower-layer door, the rupture disks crack quickly and are communicated with the atmosphere directly, so that the pressure is relieved rapidly, and the door is prevented from being deformed and damaged when impacted strongly; a ventilator is protected against impact; and after an explosion accident, the upper-layer door is rotated rapidly, the upper-layer umbrella surface which is not impacted and doesn't crack is enabled to be aligned to three cavities of the lower-layer anti-explosion door, and the anti-explosion door is sealed in time, so that mine ventilation is restored as soon as possible, and the life safety of trapped persons underground is guaranteed to the maximum extent.
