The method comprises the steps of calculating an interference alignment decoding matrix based on downlink channel direction information from each transmitter to related terminals, calculating equivalent channel direction information related to a multi-cell system based on the interference alignment decoding matrix and the downlink channel direction information, calculating downlink equivalent channel quality information related to the multi-cell system based on the interference alignment decoding matrix and downlink channel quality information, calculating a multi-cell cooperative pre-coding matrix based on the downlink equivalent channel direction information and the downlink equivalent channel quality information and using the multi-cell cooperative pre-coding matrix to pre-code user data.
