Problems solved by technology

However, these methods are not suitable for suppressing noise in the time-frequency domain, especially severe noise, so there are few applications directly used in signal denoising
[0006] It can be seen from the above that for transient signals polluted by noise, noise suppression that comprehensively considers time-frequency information is a problem that has not been well solved in the two technical fields of signal denoising and time-frequency analysis.

Embodiment 1

[0036] Please refer to figure 1 , figure 1 It is a flowchart of a transient signal denoising method provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Among them, the method specifically includes:

[0037] Step 101: performing phase space reconstruction on the received noisy transient signal according to preset embedding dimensions and time delay parameters, to obtain a phase space data matrix with preset embedding dimensions;

[0038] Phase space reconstruction is an effective analysis method for nonlinear time series. The phase space data matrix can be obtained by selecting the appropriate embedding dimension and time delay, and performing phase space reconstruction on the one-dimensional time series. Assuming that the transient signal x(t) has N discrete data points, the embedding dimension is m, and the time delay parameter is τ, then an m-dimensional phase space data matrix can be obtained by phase space reconstruction, and its i-th phase point vector It can be obtai...

Embodiment 2

[0062] Preferably, the time-frequency amplitude distribution data matrix before the manifold learning algorithm in the present invention can only take the part of the data matrix that retains the frequency band of the transient signal, so as to improve the calculation efficiency of the method of the present invention. In this preferred embodiment, when the present invention updates the time-frequency-amplitude distribution data matrix, the part of the time-frequency-amplitude distribution data matrix outside the transient signal frequency band that does not participate in the manifold learning algorithm is set to zero.

[0063] Take the vibration fault signal of a certain type of automobile transmission gearbox as an example, which is a periodic transient signal. The gearbox has 5 forward gears and one reverse gear. The test gear is the third gear drive gear of the gearbox. By installing an acceleration sensor on the casing of the third gear, when the third gear has a load, Th...

Abstract

A transient signal denoising method is characterized by including the steps of 1, subjecting a noise-bearing transient signal to phase-space reconstruction according to the number of preset embedded dimensions and a time delay parameter, thus obtaining a phase-space data matrix having the preset embedded dimensions; 2, subjecting the phase-space data matrix to time-frequency manifold learning, thus obtaining an internal manifold structure embedded in a time-frequency distribution data matrix, namely a time-frequency manifold data matrix; 3, subjecting each dimension of the phase-space data matrix to time-frequency integration according to the time-frequency manifold data matrix, thus obtaining an updated phase-space data matrix with the preset embedded dimensions; and 4, integrating the updated phase-space data matrix according to the preset embedded dimensions and the time delay parameter, thus obtaining a denoised transient signal. The transient signal denoising method has the advantages that background noise in signals is effectively removed, intrinsic time-frequency characteristics of the transient signal are retained to the maximum extent, and important information carried by the transient signal can be represented effectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of signal processing, in particular to a method for eliminating noise of transient signals. Background technique [0002] Signal denoising has always been an important content in signal processing, and it has increasingly important significance in the fields of electronic measurement and instrumentation. Transient signals have short-duration pulse characteristics and widely exist in biomedical signals such as telecommunication signals, ultrasonic detection signals, structural impulse response signals (vibration or sound), ECG and EEG. There are various noise influencing factors in the signal detection process, so the transient components of the signal will also be seriously polluted by noise. Since the transient signal carries very important measurement information, in order to obtain this information reliably, it is extremely necessary to denoise the transient signal polluted by noise. [0003] Commonly u...
