radio frequency device laterally provided with a digital short wave
receiver, and the
radio frequency device can be used for a gateway of a sensor network. With working frequency range of 5MHz to 25MHz, the
radio frequency device comprises a receiving aerial, a slicer circuit, a
broadband frequency selection circuit, a receiving circuit and a local oscillation circuit, etc. The receiving circuit comprises a
low noise amplifier, a first active
frequency mixer, a
surface acoustic wave filter, a second active
frequency mixer, a
crystal filter, a radio frequency
amplifier, a third active
frequency mixer, an active band-pass filter and an AGC circuit, etc. The three-time
frequency conversion superheterodyne structure design is adopted, and a first
intermediate frequency is 240MHz to 250MHz, a second
intermediate frequency is 35MHz to 45MHz, and a third
intermediate frequency is 10MHz to 20MHz. The radio frequency device is a novel radio frequency device for a blind sending and blind receiving unidirectional oversea communication gateway, the volume of the radio frequency is less than that of a half of a
cell phone; the radio frequency device is applicable to digital short wave
remote communication adopting modulation methods of 4FTSK, BPSK and QPSK, and can receive the message in a multi-frequency point and multi-mode frequency sweeping way within the scheduled time, thus realizing the function of multi-frequency point repeating burst communication.
