Abstract

The invention discloses a remote pavement construction diagnosis system and method based on an infrared thermal image of a third-generation (3G) network. The system comprises an infrared thermal image acquisition system and an infrared thermal image quality inspection center which are in communication connection with each other through a 3G wireless communication network, wherein the infrared thermal image acquisition system comprises an advanced reduced instruction set computer (RISC) machine (ARM) embedded system, an infrared thermal imager which is connected to the ARM embedded system, a distance measuring device and a 3G wireless communication module; the infrared thermal image quality inspection center comprises a 3G wireless network card and a data processor; the infrared thermal image acquisition system and the infrared thermal image quality inspection center are in communication connection with each other through the 3G wireless communication module and the 3G wireless network card.
