The intelligent regulation treatment system comprises a main control device, a drainage device and a liquid accumulator, wherein three channels are mounted on the drainage device; one channel is connected with a negative pressure generator, another channel is connected with a pressure sensor, and the other channel is connected with a flushing device; the negative pressure generator and the pressure sensor are electrically connected with a control unit; the control unit regulates output power of the negative pressure generator according to transmission data of the pressure sensor; and a power module is connected with the control unit and used for supplying power to the device. According to the intelligent regulation treatment system, the pressure sensor can directly measure pressure of the wound surface and feed a pressure numerical value back to the control unit rapidly and flexibly, so that the treatment is direct and effective when the control unit regulates the negative pressure generator, the power module manages a power source, and the service life and the portability of the system power source are improved.
