specific Embodiment approach 1

[0019] Embodiment 1: In this embodiment, a fixture for testing the dynamic mechanical properties of short fibers, tiny particles, colloidal, and viscous samples is made of a metal sheet 1, and the surface of one side of the metal sheet 1 is along the centerline. Score a small groove 2 to form a fixture 3, the depth of the small groove 2 is 1 / 10-8 / 10 of the thickness of the metal sheet 1, the width of the small groove 2 is 0.5-3 mm, and the material of the metal sheet 1 is stainless steel, iron , aluminum or copper.

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0020] Embodiment 2: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 in that the surface of the metal sheet 1 is smooth, the surface of the metal sheet 1 has sand grains, or the metal sheet 1 is a metal mesh. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0021] Embodiment 3: This embodiment is different from Embodiment 2 in that the mesh of the metal mesh is greater than 100 mesh. Others are the same as in the second embodiment.

Abstract

The invention relates to a clamp and a clamping method thereof used for testing dynamic mechanical properties, and particularly relates to a clamp and a clamping method thereof for testing dynamic mechanical properties of short fiber samples, minimal particle samples, colloidal samples and thick samples. The objective of the invention is to solve a technical problem that the dynamic mechanical properties of the short fiber samples, the minimal particle samples, the colloidal samples and the thick samples cannot be directly tested by test methods at present. The clamp is prepared by a metal sheet. A small groove is nicked, along the centerline, in a surface of the metal sheet to form the clamp. The clamping method comprises steps of folding the clamp in half along the small groove to form an angle of 60-90 degrees, uniformly spreading a sample in the inner side of the clamp, and folding to complete the clamping process. By utilization of the clamp and the clamping method, direct testing of the dynamic mechanical properties of the short fiber samples, the minimal particle samples, the colloidal samples and the thick samples is simple in operation without the need of preparing self-supporting test pieces. The clamp and the clamping method belong to the fields of clamps and clamping methods thereof for testing dynamic mechanical properties of test pieces which have no self-supporting capability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a clamp for testing the dynamic mechanical properties of a sample and a clamping method thereof. Background technique [0002] The existing methods for testing the dynamic mechanical properties of short fibers, tiny particles, colloidal, and viscous samples usually make short fibers, tiny particles, colloidal, and viscous samples into self-supporting specimens, and then test the specimens During the test, the structure and performance of short fibers, tiny particles, colloidal and viscous samples may change during the preparation of the test piece, and the measured results cannot truly reflect the structure and performance of the sample. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the technical problem that the existing test methods cannot directly test the dynamic mechanical properties of short fibers, tiny particles, colloidal, viscous samples, and provide a method for testing short f...
