Abstract

The invention discloses a thermal system and a technology for evaporation, heating and sugar boiling in sugar preparation. In an evaporation system, juice gas pipes of evaporation tanks 1#-6# are communicated with each other. The juice gas pipes between the evaporation tanks are connected to tail ejectors. Juice vapor in the evaporation tank IV enters into a juice vapor valve of the evaporation tank V. Through an assistant water ring vacuum pump and the ejectors, heat of spontaneous steam and discharged incondensable gas produced by syrup production in the evaporation tank V is directly pumped and used for primary heating of the mixed juice. The thermal system and the technology have the advantages that secondary vapor fed from the evaporation tank at the tail into a condenser is reduced and even avoided; heat loss is reduced maximumly; condensate water in the evaporation tanks is discharged timely; secondary steam unloading is avoided; condensate water can be recovered according to quality; and spontaneous vapor produced from vapor condensate is recovered as much as possible.
