Cutting propagation method of gooseberry

A technology of cutting propagation and gooseberry, which is applied in botany equipment and methods, horticulture, cultivation, etc. It can solve the problems such as the long time for green branch cutting to emerge from the nursery, the low seedling rate of gooseberry hard branch cutting, etc., and achieve the rooting rate. High, short nursery time, high seedling rate

specific Embodiment approach 1

[0019] Specific embodiment one: the method for the currant cutting propagation in the present embodiment is carried out according to the following steps:

[0020] Step 1. When the night temperature is above zero degrees Celsius (that is, from the end of April to the beginning of May every year), the cold-proof soil is removed, and the seedlings are not righted, so that the branches of the currant plants grow in a creeping shape;

[0021] Step 2. When the length of new shoots on the currant hard branches is 3cm to 8cm high, collect biennial branches containing new shoots, put them in a container filled with water, and trim them to contain 2 to 4 nodes of biennial branches and new shoots. The cuttings with a tip of 3cm to 5cm are cut into a horseshoe shape at the lower incision, and the cuttings are obtained;

[0022] Step 3: Select a well-ventilated plot to form a border, fill the bottom of the border with 8cm thick perlite, lay 5cm to 8cm thick peat with a volume ratio of 1:1 ...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0028] Specific embodiment two: the method for the currant cutting propagation in the present embodiment is carried out according to the following steps:

[0029] Step 1. When the night temperature is above zero degrees Celsius (that is, from the end of April to the beginning of May every year), the cold-proof soil is removed, and the branches of the currant mother plant are pressed down into a creeping shape;

[0030] Step 2. When the length of the new shoots of the gooseberry mother plant is 3cm to 8cm high, collect the biennial branches containing the new shoots, put them in a container filled with water, and trim them to contain 2 to 4 nodes and new shoots of the biennial branches. 3cm~5cm cuttings, the lower incision is cut into a horseshoe shape, and the cuttings are obtained;

[0031] Step 3. Select a well-ventilated plot to form a border, fill the bottom of the border with 8cm thick perlite, and lay 5-8cm thick peat and cultivation soil with a volume ratio of 1:1 as th...

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0068] Embodiment 3: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 2 is that the substrate is replaced with perlite. Other steps and parameters are the same as in the second embodiment.

[0069] The present embodiment cultivates the seedling of gooseberry such as Figure 11 shown, with Figure 10 Compared with the above, it can be seen that the seedling traits are basically the same.

Abstract

The invention relates to a cutting propagation method of the gooseberry, belongs to the field of gooseberry cultivation and solves the technical problems that the existing hard wood cutting method of the gooseberry is low in seedling rate and the existing greenwood cutting method is long in seedling time. The cutting propagation method includes 1, removing cold-proof soil in late April to early May to allow gooseberry branches to grow in a creeping manner; 2, collecting cuttings; 3, soaking the base of each cutting in rooting solution, and diagonally inserting the cuttings into a cutting seedbed; 4, irrigating completely with wettable powder solution of carbendazim, and setting up a sun shed; 5, performing cutting for 4-6 days, shading at noon only, performing no shading after 7 days of cutting, and keeping the seedbed moist until roots emerge 10 days after cutting; 6, after adventitious roots emerge from the bases of the cuttings, transplanting seedlings to the shed-covered seed bed for seedling exercising, and moving out the seedlings and planting in a large field two weeks after seedling exercising. The cutting propagation method has the advantages that rooting rate is high, seedling emergence rate is high, seedling time is short, the rooting rate of seedlings is more than 99%, the seedling emergence rate is more than 98%, and the seedlings are 40cm high and can be available for sell in one year.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of gooseberry cultivation; in particular, it relates to a method for cutting and propagating gooseberry. Background technique [0002] Gooseberry, also known as lantern fruit, is the main tree species in the small berry group in Northeast China. Gooseberry propagation methods include layering propagation, green branch cutting propagation, hard branch cutting propagation and other methods. The reproduction rate of plant seedlings obtained by layering propagation method is low, and the plants are uneven, ranging from 4cm to 50cm in height, ranging from 0.2cm to 1.0cm in thickness, and the grades are different. Therefore, this method is basically not used in production. The hard branch cutting method is used for seedling breeding. After soaking with ABT rooting agent, the seedling rate is generally 30%, and it can be out of the nursery in one year, and it is used less in production. The rooting rate of green branch cut...
