Embodiment 1

[0025] In the network control system, in the limited network bandwidth, there are problems such as time delay and out-of-sequence in the received data packets. In the case of considering the above problems, the present invention proposes the network control system based on the continuous time system model. The detection and control method effectively avoids the modeling error caused by the discretization process, realizes the detection of fault information and also has fault tolerance.

[0026] figure 1 The detection and control implementation process of the network control system provided by the first embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the process is described in detail as follows:

[0027] Step S101, according to the continuous time model of the controlled object, the sensor collects the measurement output signal.

[0028] When the actuator controls the controlled object according to the simulated control signal fed back last time, the sensor collects the out...

Embodiment 2

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of control, and provides a method and system for detecting and controlling a network control system. Based on a continuous time system model of a controlled object, a controller acquires output signals collected through a sensor and passing through an analog-digital converter and the sampling time delay of network transmission, and the controller and a fault detector are designed. The fault detector detects fault detection signals, and meanwhile the controller outputs control signals to achieve closed-loop control over the controlled object. Therefore, the method and system for detecting and controlling the network control system avoids the model error brought by discretization modeling, fault information is taken into consideration with the design of an initiative fault-tolerant controller, and the needs of detecting faults accurately of the fault detector are further taken into consideration. Preferably, a cone complementarity linearization technology is called in the integral design process of the fault detector and the controller depending on a time-lag network control system, the solution of designing the controller is translated into a nonconvex optimization problem under a linear matrix inequality, and conservative properties are reduced greatly compared with lag irrelevance. Therefore, the method and system for detecting and controlling the network control system achieves fault detection and fault tolerance control.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of control, in particular to a detection and control method and system for a network control system. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of system performance, product quality, production capacity, low cost, and low consumption, modern engineering technology systems are developing in the direction of large-scale, complex, networked, and decentralized. The more complex and larger the system, the higher the probability of failure. When the failure of the system cannot be detected and eliminated in time, once a failure occurs, it will cause huge losses of personnel and property. For example, on July 23, 2011, in the "Yongwen Line" super high-speed rear-end collision accident, 40 people were killed and more than 200 people were injured because of failures in the signal and dispatching system that were not detected, eliminated and dealt with in time. Under a similar background, fault diagnosis a...
