The finishing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of polyether ester elastomer, 20-30 parts of stearic acid propylene isopropyl enol ester, 5-10 parts of dimethyl hydrogen-containing polysiloxane and 1-3 parts of aluminium zirconium acid ester coupling agent. The finishing agent for water and oil proofing of the fabric, which is provided by the invention, can be used for waterproof and oilproof finishing of various fabrics, and is particularly suitable for cotton fabrics or cotton-polyester blended fabrics, so that the fabric surface has favorable performance about water proofing and high easiness in oil contamination removing, and the finishing agent has better effects in the aspects of water proofing, oil proofing and fouling resistance.
