Abstract

The invention provides a visible-light diversity-reception method and system. The method includes: carrying out diversity reception on visible-light signals through a plurality of photoelectric detectors and converting the visible-light signals into electrical signals; carrying out A/D conversion on the diversity-reception electrical signals of different circuits through an A/D conversion circuit; carrying out moving average filtering on the signals, which undergo the A/D conversion, of different circuits; combining the signals, which undergo the filtering, on the different circuits; carrying out signal clock recovery processing on the combined signals so that final signals are obtained. In the visible-light diversity-reception method and device, the plurality of photoelectric detectors are adopted to substitute a single photoelectric detector for data reception so that under a condition that transmission-end power is not changed, a reception-end bit error rate which increases with the increase of a communication distance can be effectively reduced and thus a signal reception quality of the system is improved significantly; at the same time, the diversity-reception method is capable of reducing effects of reception-end signal fading so that a comparatively high diversity gain is obtained and reception sensitivity is improved.
