The invention relates to a first-aid anti-gas mask which structurally comprises an outer-layer face mask and an inner-layer mouth nose mask, wherein a forehead protecting edge and a head strap are connected with a face mask annular frame at an edge of the outer-layer face mask; a moveable inhaling opening and a moveable exhaling opening are arranged on the inner-layer mouth nose mask; matching ports are respectively arranged on two sides of the outer-layer face mask; a miniature oxygen bottle is connected with at least one of the matching ports through a fixing connector; an air outlet and an airflow adjustor are connected with a sealing cover of the miniature oxygen bottle; a drug atomizer is connected with the fixing connector; and a communicating pipe is connected between the air outlet on the sealing cover and the drug atomizer, so that oxygen in the miniature oxygen bottle can enter into a face mask cavity of the anti-gas mask through an airflow channel in the sealing cover, the airflow adjustor, the communicating pipe, the drug atomizer and the fixing connector.
