Abstract

A remote transmission system of combine-harvester effective operation time statistics is disclosed and includes a plug-and-play type sensor, a signal collector, a signal receiver, and a system monitoring software. The sensor sends operation state parameters of a collected object so that the collector can carry out identification calculation and processing of combine-harvester effective operation time; the operation state parameters and other parameters are used to generate a data packet which is send to the receiver through a GSM network; the data packet is transmitted to a system monitoring software through a data line; and the system monitoring software carries out final processing of the data packet. The system of the invention can be used for high precision monitoring of a specific monitoring object, can carry out simultaneous monitoring of multiple combine-harvesters, and also can carry out simultaneous monitoring of combine-harvesters of various types. The system uses a wireless transmission mode, only needs transferring information when the combine-harvester conditions change, so that the low cost is realized.
