The active heat radiation structure of the air pump motor comprises a head pedestal, an air pump, an air pump gland and a surface cover which are installed from down to up sequentially; the air pump comprises a motor and a turbine which are connected through a shaft; a turbine chamber is arranged in the center position of the head pedestal; a turbine suction opening is formed under the turbine chamber; the turbine is placed in the turbine chamber; a main air duct is led out from the edge of the turbine chamber on the head pedestal; a secondary air duct with the closed front end is arranged close to the outer side of the main air duct; the tail sections of the main air duct and the secondary air duct are converged and then extended out of the head pedestal.
