One end of the waterproof case is provided with two air inlet fans and a wiring terminal and the other end of the waterproof case is transversely provided with a buffer air duct; both ends of the buffer air duct are provided with air outlets; the side wall of the buffer air duct is provided with three induced draft fans; and the position in the waterproof case and close to the buffer air duct is provided with an air deflector.
