Abstract

Disclosed is an electric brake actuator comprising a signal conditioning module. An electric connector is fixed at a mounting hole port of an upper shell, an input end of the electric connector is connected with a motor through a data line, an electric signal output end of the signal conditioning module is communicated with an output end of the electric connector through a data line while an input end of the same is connected with an output end of a force sensor through a data line, and a ball screw component is meshed with a duplicate gear. Through meshing of a speed reducing gear and the ball screw component, torque output by the motor is decelerated and amplified and converted into linear actuating force capable of pushing a brake disc, so that transmission efficiency and bearing capability of the electric brake actuator are improved while service life of the same is prolonged.
