Embodiment Construction

[0087] A system and method for detecting the usability of a man-machine interface of a complex system according to the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0088] Such as figure 1 As shown, a method for detecting the usability of a man-machine interface of a complex system includes the following steps:

[0089] (1) Task information extraction. The interface information is extracted according to information manipulation, information presentation and information display, and the information classification of different task characteristics is carried out.

[0090] (2) Signal collection of eye movement information. Input the extracted task information into E-prime, and design the arrangement paradigm of memory tasks and search tasks according to different classifications. The arrangement of different tasks is presented to the user in turn through the computing processor, the user's eye movement scanning...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting usability of a complex system human-machine interface based on eye movement signals. The method includes the following steps of extracting task information of the complex system human-machine interface through an ecological interface method, integrating the extracted information into psychological experiment software according to different types of task design, collecting eye movement information of an operator through an eye tracking system, calculating and processing a processing detection index according to the eye movement information and completing the quality detection on usability sub-features, and detecting the quality of the usability of the human-machine interface by fusing the usability sub-features. A detection system comprises a human-machine interface task information extraction module, a user eye movement signal collection module, an eye movement signal processing module, a usability sub-feather detection module and a usability detection module. According to the method, the quality of the usability of the complex system human-machine interface is detected and the complex system human-machine interface is judged whether to meet the use requirement of people or not through the eye movement tracking technology, and the method has good instantaneity and high reliability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of human-computer interaction, and relates to a detection method and system for the usability of a complex system human-machine interface. Background technique [0002] The human-computer interface of complex systems is the most important medium of human-computer interaction, and is widely used in various complex human-computer interaction systems and environments such as fighter ship steering, nuclear power plant control, battlefield command, and automobile driving control. An important carrier and medium of information interaction, it is an important basis for users to obtain information and make decisions, and it is also a key factor for whether an information system can achieve accurate and efficient delivery. [0003] The irrationality of human-machine interface design in complex systems often leads to differences in user cognition and mistakes in decision-making and judgment, which eventually lead to major o...
