Abstract

The invention relates to preparation of fluororubber, in particular to a method for prolonging storage time of fluororubber paste. The method comprises the steps as follows: (1), a mixed fluororubber compound is pressed into small rubber bricks with the thicknesses of 2-3 mm and the sizes not larger than 400*400 mm, and the rubber bricks are added into an agitator tank; (2), ethyl acetate is added, the total adding amount is as follows: the ratio of the fluororubber compound to ethyl acetate is 1:(3-5), and 60% of a total adding amount of ethyl acetate is added firstly and stirred; (3), the residual ethyl acetate is added, and the stirring time is longer than 4 hours; and (4), methanol is added, stirring is performed continuously for 6-10 min, and the adding amount of the methanol is as follows: the ratio of the fluororubber compound to methanol is 1:(1-2). The method for prolonging the storage time of the fluororubber paste is reasonable in design and fundamentally solves the problem that the fluororubber paste gels easily.
