Abstract

The invention discloses a coating method of fiber connection layers of metal fiber carries. The coating method comprises the following steps: 1) immersing a metal wire mesh into fiber slurry and dipping; 2) spraying and coating titanium powder on the surface of the metal wire mesh uniformly; 3) curing the metal wire mesh which is sprayed and coated with titanium powder in a sintering furnace at a first preset temperature for first preset time; 4) taking out the metal wire mesh, then dipping the metal wire mesh into the slurry for dipping or spraying and watering the fiber slurry on the metal wire mesh, and purging compressed air uniformly on the metal wire mesh after dipping and taking out or in spraying and watering; 5) spraying and coating titanium powder on the surface of the metal wire mesh uniformly; 6) cleaning the metal wire mesh, and curing in a sintering furnace at second preset temperature for second preset time; 7) repeating the steps 4) and 6) at least once; 8) sintering the metal wire mesh in a sintering furnace at a third preset temperature for third preset time. The coating method of the fiber connection layer can be used for effectively preventing the exposure of the metal wire mesh due to the blocking of the fiber connection layer.
