A current transformer connected between the energy-storing motor power control switch and the energy-storing signal output port is connected with a CPU module used for achieving calculation of energy-storing time of the energy-storing motor, outputting calculated results, and driving a liquid crystal display screen. A signal processing and analog-to-digital converting module is connected between the current transformer and the CPU module and capable of performing signal processing and analog-to-digital conversion on a converted signal of motor energy-storing power current flowing through the current transformer. The CPU module is connected with a liquid crystal display screen used for displaying testing results such as breaker energy-storing time or the like and formed by a color liquid crystal display module.
