Abstract

The invention discloses a voltage regulating circuit. A cathode input end of a differential amplifier of the circuit is grounded through an adjustable resistor and connected to a voltage source through a first resistor. An anode input end of the differential amplifier of the circuit is connected to the voltage source through a second resistor and grounded through a second capacitor and connected to a cathode of a second voltage stabilizing tube. An anode power-supply input end is connected to the voltage source through a third resistor and grounded through a first capacitor and connected to a cathode of a first voltage stabilizing tube. A cathode power-supply input end is grounded and an output end is connected to a grid electrode of an NMOS transistor through a forth resistor. All of an anode of the first voltage stabilizing tube and an anode of the second voltage stabilizing tube and a source electrode of the NMOS transistor are grounded. A drain electrode of the NMOS transistor is used as a cathode of the output end of the voltage regulating circuit. The voltage regulating circuit is smaller in size, lower in power consumption, higher in speed, application to integration and simple in circuit structure.
