The position of the pedestal, which is arranged below the code disc base, is connected with a photoelectric module. The photoelectric module is provided with a groove used for insertion of the code disc. An optical emitter and an optical receiver are integrated in the photoelectric module. The optical emitter and the optical receiver are respectively arranged on the two sides of the groove. A four-core cable is connected onto the signal processing circuit board. Four cores in the four-core cable are a power supply anode connecting wire, a power supply cathode connecting wire, an A-phase output wire of the photoelectric encoder and a B-phase output wire of the photoelectric encoder respectively.
