Abstract

The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) composition and a preparation method and application thereof. The TCM composition comprises the following active ingredients in parts by weight: 5 to 45 parts of trillium tschonoskii, 10 to 90 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, and 3 to 30 parts of ligusticum wallichii. The preparation method of the TCM composition comprises the following steps of: mixing trillium tschonoskii, salvia miltiorrhiza, and ligusticum wallichii in parts by weight to obtain a mixture; adding water to the mixture for soaking; then decocting for two to three times, filtering, and combining filtrates to obtain the composition. The traditional pharmaceutical trillium tschonoskii of Tujia people has sedation and analgesia functions, salvia miltiorrhiza has efficacies of tranquilizing by nourishing the heart, and relieving restlessness by clearing the heart, and ligusticum wallichii has efficacies of promoting the circulation of qi by activating blood, and promoting the blood circulation of head and eyes. The number of medicines is few, the compatibility is rigorous, and the composition has efficacies of promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction and ataralgesia.
