Problems solved by technology

In this way, on the one hand, it is impossible to obtain the absolute position coordinates corresponding to the measured pavement thickness; on the other hand, the detection device must be kept moving forward in one direction during the detection process, otherwise the measured value will accumulate from the initial measurement point. The distance does not reflect the real relative distance between the detection device and the initial measuring point, so these methods cannot intuitively and accurately indicate the absolute position of the pavement when the pavement thickness is unqualified
In addition, due to the heavy weight of the vehicle body used by this type of detection device or the lack of special treatment for the wheels and tires, it is easy to sink or soften on the newly paved high-temperature asphalt concrete pavement, so it cannot be applied to ...

Embodiment Construction

[0029] For the structure of the system, see figure 1 , including five parts: real-time positioning and tracking device for paving position, real-time collecting device for paving elevation, database and application server, real-time monitoring client for paving thickness, and on-site paving alarm device.

[0030] The real-time positioning and tracking device for the paving position includes an automatic tracking total station, a tablet computer, and a wireless communication device. The automatic tracking total station is erected near the paving site, and the position of the erection point can be measured by resection (by measuring the distance and angle from at least two known coordinate points and back-calculating the station coordinates) according to the coordinates of the known points. Determined by the method, it locates and tracks the 360° prism in the real-time acquisition device of paving elevation at sufficiently small time intervals, and obtains the three-dimensional ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for monitoring paving thickness of a high-level highway pavement in real time, belonging to the field of road construction quality control. The method comprises the following steps: erecting an automatic tracking total station nearby a paving site, determining the position of an erection point through a resection survey method according to the known point coordinate, positioning and tracking a 360-degree prism according to enough short time interval by utilizing the automatic tracking total station, measuring the inclination angles of a transverse beam and a longitudinal beam of a platform trolley in the device by adopting an inclinometer, and measuring the distance from the transverse beam to the paved pavement by adopting a laser distance measuring sensor arranged on the transverse beam; calculating three-dimensional coordinates (x, y, z) of the position points of the paved pavement measured by each laser distance measuring sensor according to a spatial geometrical relation between each laser distance measuring sensor and the prism; projecting to obtain elevation z0 of the position point on a datum plane before paving; solving the difference between elevations z and elevation z0 to obtain the paving thickness; and judging whether the paving thickness at the position point accords with the control standard, otherwise, transmitting alarm information. The method is mainly applied to road construction quality control.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of road construction quality control, and in particular relates to a real-time monitoring method and a monitoring system for the paving thickness of pavement structure layers in the pavement paving process of high-grade highways. Background technique [0002] Pavement thickness is one of the key indicators of high-grade highway construction quality control, and it is also an important factor affecting the durability of highways. According to the "Highway Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard" (JTGF80 / 1-2004), the thickness of pavement pavement is usually measured by random inserting method [1-3] , but due to the limited number of samples, it cannot objectively reflect the paving thickness of the entire construction face, and this method is greatly affected by human factors, and the test results may contain large errors. In addition, the method of drawing steel wires, erecting balance beams and sensor...
