The polyurethane filling and sealing material is a dual-component material and consists of the following components in percentage by weight: a component A: 40%-50% of castor oil, 3%-5.5% of polyether polyol, 0.5%-2% of chain extender, 5%-12% of dryer, 37%-44% of filler, 0.02%-0.1% of catalyst, 0.1% of yellow color paste and 0.1% of defoaming agent; and a component B: 100% of polyisocyanates. The filling and sealing material provided by the invention is moderate in viscosity, capable of being cured at a normal temperature, less in air bubbles, bright and beautiful in appearance, changeable in curing time with changes of dosage of the catalyst, and convenient to regulate; after being cured, the material has good electrical insulation, hydrolysis resistance, and high tensile strength; and moreover, the filling and sealing material is applicable to filling and sealing protection in high-temperature high-humidity environments such as south China, Southeast Asia, and the like, which need underground high-voltage cable joints and outdoor high-voltage cable joints.
