The device comprises a macro data acquisition module with the gun-type camera, a local data acquisition module with the dome camera and a data processing and control module, wherein the macro data acquisition module is used for collecting large visual field overall-situation videos, the local data acquisition module is used for collecting high-definition videos of targets, and the data processing and control module is mainly used for detecting and tracing the targets and controlling the local data acquisition module. The large visual field gun-type camera is combined with the high-precision dome camera, so that target tracing and structured description of fine features are achieved, and a feature on-line updating method is brought in so that tracing robustness can be improved.
