Abstract

The invention relates to a detection method for changing of alpha receptor-mediated vasoconstriction functions at different positions by heat stress to promote renal blood flow. According to the method, sensitive in-vitro angiotensiotonography is used to record tension of the renal artery, the mesenteric artery and the femoral artery blood vessel of a rat and real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction technology is used to determine the level of mRNA of arterial smooth muscles so as to research the mechanism of reactive changes of an alpha receptor. Results show that after heat stress, the alpha receptor of the renal artery has reduced sensitivity, the alpha receptor of the femoral artery has improved sensitivity, so redistribution of blood flow occurs, which prompts that heat stress delayed preconditioning has a kidney protection effect. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity and accurate results.
