Abstract

The ultrasonic extraction technology method comprises the following steps: grinding and sieving purple perilla seeds with a 60-mesh sieve, accurately weighing 3.0g of purple perilla seed powder and adding in a 50mL centrifugal tube, and respectively adding an extraction solvent and quartz sand; and by taking ethyl acetate as an extraction solvent, adding 0.02g of quartz sand, performing ultrasonic extraction for 50min at the ultrasonic temperature of 30.71 DEG C under ultrasonic power of 1150Hz according to the ratio of liquid to liquid being 1:7, to obtain purple perilla seed oil. By adopting purple perilla seeds as raw materials, the purple perilla seed oil is extracted under assistance of ultrasonic technology, the optimal purple perilla seed oil extraction technology can be obtained by selecting the optimal extraction solvent, ultrasonic temperature, material-liquid ratio, quartz sand addition quantity, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power and then optimizing the ultrasonic time, temperature and the material-liquid ratio through adopting a response surface method, and the extraction rate of purple perilla seed oil under the technology is 36.77%. The ultrasonic extraction technology method is accurate and reliable in extraction conditions, beneficial to realization of industrial production, capable of quickening the development and utilization speed of purple perilla seed oil, thus having usage values.
