Abstract

The invention relates to a wind power plant production prediction system based on real-time data transmission. By means of cooperation of computer interfaces and multiple external systems, the wind power production prediction system operates to predicate data from a meteorological system and SCAD data of a real-time operating system. Output of the wind power production prediction system can be recycled by various secondary systems. An input-processing-output model comprises a series of modules which are inter-coupled and capable of executing tasks separately, and wind power production prediction for 1 hour-72 hours can be performed. An input model, namely an external interface model takes charge of all communication of the external systems, such as a weather prediction center and an SCAD system. A processing model, namely a predication executing center executes a predication model program and converts weather prediction and SCAD data into a wind power predication result. An output model, namely a user interface interface model is used for displaying the output to users in a web interface mode.
