Embodiment Construction

[0020] A method of doping water-quenched slag to produce aerated blocks for high-temperature furnaces, the method comprising the following steps:

[0021] 1), after mixing furnace ash and phosphogypsum for crushing, take 12-20 parts of furnace ash and 1-3 parts of phosphogypsum in parts by mass;

[0022] 2) Before fine grinding, take 60-70 parts of phosphate slag and 1-2.5 parts of aluminum powder, and mix the crushed furnace ash, phosphogypsum, phosphate slag and aluminum powder evenly before fine grinding , the crushed furnace ash, phosphogypsum, phosphate slag and aluminum powder are evenly mixed and finely ground to a particle size of less than 21mm;

[0023] 3), breaking the water-quenched slag, and taking 15-25 parts by mass of the water-quenched slag;

[0024] 4) Put the crushed water-quenched slag and the finely ground dry material into the mixing equipment, add water to fully stir, and add 2-5 parts of foam stabilizer solution with a concentration of 8-10% and add P...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing an aerated building block used for a high temperature furnace by using doping water-quenched slag. The method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing and crushing stove ash and phosphogypsum and weighing, by mass, 12 to 19 parts of stove ash and 1 to 3 parts of phosphogypsum; 2) before fine grinding, weighing 60 to 70 parts by mass of phosphorus slag and 1 to 2.5 parts by mass of aluminum powder, uniformly mixing crushed stove ash and phosphogypsum with phosphorus slag and aluminum powder and then carrying out fine grinding, wherein after crushed stove ash and phosphogypsum are uniformly mixed with phosphorus slag and aluminum powder, fine grinding is carried out until a particle size is less than 18 mm; 3) crushing water-quenched slag and taking 10 to 20 parts by mass of the crushed water-quenched slag. According to the invention, the usage amount of water-quenched slag is great, energy conservation and environmental protection are realized, the problem of environmental pollution caused by stockpiling treatment of water-quenched slag is alleviated, and a novel raw material is provided for a hollow brick.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of new building materials, in particular to a method for producing aerated blocks for high-temperature furnaces by doping water-quenched slag. Background technique [0002] Water-quenched slag is the product of broken glass, furniture, etc., and a large amount of water-quenched slag is produced in my country every year. These water-quenched slag need to occupy a large amount of storage space, cannot be decomposed, and the recycling cost is very high. [0003] For a long time, the comprehensive utilization of water-quenched slag has been a worldwide problem. Although a lot of research has been done on the comprehensive utilization of water-quenched slag at home and abroad, due to various technical and economic reasons, most of them have not been implemented in industry. [0004] In summary, there have been reports on the production of cement, wall bricks, and road materials using water-quenched slag as an auxiliary raw...
