The novel combined type high-intensity sweetener is composed of following substances in parts by weight: 75-95 parts of stevioside, 15-25 parts of erythritol, 2-5 parts of 3-(2-hydroxyl-4,5-dimethoxy phenyl) sodium propionate, 20-25 parts of saccharin sodium, 5-10 parts of dextrin, 0.5-1 part of essence and 2-3 parts of vitamins. The novel combined type high-intensity sweetener takes rebaudioside-A as a main component; after the rebaudioside-A is compounded with the saccharin sodium, the taste is natural; 3-(2-hydroxyl-4,5-dimethoxy phenyl) sodium propionate is added to be used as a bitterness inhibitor so as to provide the mouth feel which is closer to that of the natural sweetener to consumers. 3-(2-hydroxyl-4,5-dimethoxy phenyl) sodium propionate is an analogue of tanshinol and has the effects of protecting cardiac muscle, improving microcirculation, relaxing coronary arteries and the like; added vitamin components are used for enabling a manual sweetener to be used as a substitution of the natural sweetener of diabetes mellitus patients; the novel combined type high-intensity sweetener also has more components beneficial to health.
