Abstract

The invention discloses uses of odd-number and branched aliphatic acids as animal species milk markers. A method includes: (1) acquiring data of the total content of the odd-number and branched aliphatic acids and the content of each component in each detection sample by utilization of a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined method; and (2) distinguishing each detection sample by analyzing the data of the total content of the odd-number and branched aliphatic acids and the content of each component. The data of the total content of the OBCFA and the content of each component in each detection sample is acquired by utilization of the GC-MS method. The data is subjected to main-component analysis, clustering analysis, and the like to accurately distinguish each detection sample. Cow milk, yak milk, buffalo milk, Jersey cattle milk, horse milk, camel milk and goat milk are distinguished accurately by the method. Fundamental information for practical application of the OBCFA in the milk and further research of milk fat is also provided.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for distinguishing animal milk, in particular to a method for distinguishing cow milk, yak milk, buffalo milk, Jersey milk, horse milk, camel milk and goat milk by using GC-MS, belonging to animal species milk Identification field. Background technique [0002] Milk fat in animal milk is a high-quality natural fat. Milk fat is dispersed in milk in the form of globules or droplets. Sexual phospholipids, cholesterol, proteins and enzymes. The main components of milk fat are triglycerides, phospholipids and sterols; there are more than 400 kinds of fatty acids combined with triglycerides, and more than 20 kinds are common (JENSEN R G. The composition of bovine milk lipids: January1995toDecember2000[J]. J Dairy Sci, 2002, 85(2):295-350.). In addition to providing nutrition, milk fat also has many physiological activities, especially the medium and short-chain fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids in milk fat a...
