Problems solved by technology

This kind of adsorbent has good adsorption performance for compounds with low boiling point to high boiling point, but for compounds with high boiling point (above 350°C), quantitative desorption or dead adsorption occurs during thermal desorption
At the same time, some thermally unstable compounds may also decompose during thermal desorption

Embodiment 1

[0025] Use the device of the present invention to carry out the natural floral essential oil collection and component analysis steps as follows:

[0026] 1) Sample preparation: use the device shown in the attached picture to prepare a pot of roses in full bloom (with soil), and use cotton, plasticine and adhesive tape to seal the stem of the rose and the gap at the bottom of the container tightly;

[0027] 2) Collection: Turn on the ethylene glycol aqueous solution circulation device, set the upper limit of the circulating fluid temperature to -30°C, and the lower limit to -35°C; when the circulating fluid temperature reaches -30°C, add dry ice and ethanol to the collector, and the ethanol just submerges the dry ice It is advisable; open the main valve of the compressed steel cylinder, adjust the pressure reducing valve until the air pressure is 0.1MPa, start the collection, and run continuously for 48 hours to obtain a certain amount of volatile essential oil and water mixture...

Embodiment 2

[0031] Comparative analysis of rose essential oil obtained in Example 1 and two kinds of rose essential oil components obtained by solvent extraction method and headspace collection method, it is found that the essential oil obtained by the device and method of the present invention contains 29 components, and the essential oil obtained by solvent extraction method contains 20 components , the dynamic headspace acquisition method essential oil contains 26 components, the results are shown in Table 1.

[0032] Similar to the solvent extraction method and the headspace collection method, the main components of rose essential oil collected by the humidified air method are β-citronellol, β-nerolidol, α-geraniol and citronellol acetate, of which Citronellol, geraniol and their esters are the main components that determine the fragrance of roses; the difference is that the rose essential oil collected by the humidified air method contains more eugenol, farnesol and various alkanes. ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a natural aromatic essential oil acquisition apparatus and method. The acquisition apparatus is composed of a humidifying air generator, a sample acquisition chamber and a volatile component condensing and receiving device. Compressed air is filtered by active carbon; then water is introduced for humidification; humidified air enters into a sample chamber, and gas carrying plant volatile components is successively placed in an aqueous glycol solution cold trap and a dry ice-ethanol cold trap for condensation and collection. Volatile essential oil acquired and obtained by using an air humidification method has an aromatic degree close to that of natural flower fragrance. According to results of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, the method provided by the invention has the following advantages compared with traditional methods like a headspace sampling method: a volatile matter contains more components, and the boiling range of a compound is increased. Through gas chromatography or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry of a concentrate of the volatile components, compositions of the natural aromatic essential oil can be determined; and results of the gas chromatography or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can be used for physiological and genetic research on flowers and the like based on analysis of the compositions of the essential oil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a "humidified air method" collecting device for natural floral essential oil and a method for collecting natural floral essential oil by using the device. Background technique [0002] When collecting flowering plant volatiles (essential oils), it is necessary to ensure that the volatile substances of the plants in the natural state are collected as much as possible. In addition to traditional methods such as steam distillation and solvent extraction, solid-phase microextraction and dynamic headspace acquisition are currently widely used in the study of volatiles. These methods have their own characteristics, which are briefly summarized as follows: [0003] Steam distillation is mainly composed of a steam generator, a straight condenser tube and a receiver. Steam distillation has the characteristics of large batch capacity, but it is easy to chemically react easily decomposed and oxidized substances to generate derivatives t...
