Abstract

The insulin growth factor acceptor inhibitor PQ401 is a novel echinococcosis resistance medicine; in vivo and in vitro pharmacodynamic experiment data show that the PQ401 is an efficient echinococcosis resistance medicine molecule, can destroy the tissue structure of the Echinococcus granulosus vesicles and causes necrosis of a large amount of cells of the Echinococcus granulosus vesicles; in vivo pharmacodynamic experiment data show that the medicine has same echinococcosis granulose treatmetn effect with clinically commonly used albendazole; and the long term administration of albendazole by clinic echinococcosis granulosa patients causes medicine resistance, so the medicine can substitute albendazole to be used in the treatment of the echinococcosis granulosa.
