The slit preventing and desilting device has the advantages that the wave energy is used fully to raise the water level; erosion and deposition water flow is formed after water storage; water flow distribution in the harbor basin can be improved effectively; water-sediment movement is prevented; silt accumulation layer in the harbor basin is removed; silt accumulation is prevented permanently.
