The general lubricating oil is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 89.0-95.0 parts of base oil, various additives including 1.0-2.0 part of synthesized calcium sulfonate with high base number, 2.0-3.0 parts of an anti-rusting agent, 1.0-2.0 parts of polyisobutene bis(butanediphthalimide), 1.0-2.0 part of butyl octyl zinc sulfate, 1.0-1.5 parts of sodium citrate, 0.7-2.5 parts of a composite antioxidant, 3.5-6.5 parts of a clearing agent, 1.8-3.0 parts of an ash-free dispersing agent. The general lubricating oil with good rust prevention for the mini-tiller disclosed by the invention can be used for realizing the general use of lubricating oil for the whole mini-tiller and different mini-tillers.
