The method comprises the following steps of arranging computation equipment of the machine room in a fully-enclosed phase change refrigerating cabinet, and installing various power supply and signal lines; arranging a heat exchanger with a secondary heat exchange effect; installing a fan in a fresh air passage, and starting the fan; starting a server, and running the computation of the whole machine room. Compared with the prior art, the fresh air refrigerating method of the machine room with the energy-saving and anti-corrosive effects has the advantages that the design of the fully-enclosed phase change refrigerating cabinet is realized; by adopting the design of combining phase change and a microchannel technology, the sufficient temperature difference between an inner cooling medium and an outer cooling medium of the machine room is guaranteed; by adopting the detachable design of the heat exchanger, the easy cleaning and replacement of the heat exchanger are guaranteed.
